On the assumption that you heard/read the SONA of the President last month, (July 2000), identify at least 3 areas related to ICT and identify how these areas can improve our quality of life.

as a member of this society, it is great news to us and advantage to have a DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY. In our country to have this kind of opportunity to have our own Department is a great demand and important because one of this is to have a lot of slut in job, many pilipino hunting some job and work in order to them to sustain their own needs in their family to have better job that can help them to improve their selves not only them to the country to have a good look and background and to be more competitive in other country... in education ICT is also goOd and greAt.... with the use of the modern and high technology information and communiction.. through technology specifically by the use of Internet student can easily learn, adopt, control and manage technology by their own, it can help student to become more knowledgeable about what modern technology is and how important information and communication technology are.....




2."Sa telecommunications naman, inatasan ko ang Telecommunications
Commission na kumilos na tungkol sa mga sumbong na dropped calls at mga
nawawalang load sa cellphone.

We need to amend the Commonwealth-era
Public Service Law. And we need to do it now…."




we all know that we pilipinos are the one who most good source of that... most pilipino are time to time using loads and communication... so, it is so very important to solve that case many people using load and communication in everyday life.. in office, in schools, and many many more... using this kind of high technology, the users or people make their life more easy..
if we will not update this case.. soo how can we use it?? how can we benefit ourselves?? we can say it... it is useless if they will not resolve it...

we student.. we pilipinos.. honestly i'm soo very excited of that implementing the automated election.. i'm happy because they are now fully financed the automated election hehe... well it is my first time to vote.. and my vote well be the beginning of the changes in our country... in short "ako ang simula ng pag babago" haha for atlast it been along time since i waited this moment to vote for what i wanted to be in the govenment position .
so much for that, hehe actually this is a big impact of our country, it simply shows that our country is now much more bigger and bigger and it is starting to improve.. well i hope their will be no corruption.. if i know some of government official are now planning how can they manipulate the system .
