Walkwith INTEGRITY. . 



Walking, walking, walking and walking. Well, not all the time I’m always walking, not just literally walking
like you will exert some effort for your feet but for me as i go along with my life, I’m walking my journey in
life here in this world. There are a lot of things comes in my mind, PROBLEMS, FUTURE LIFE, GOD and many things
that are binds in my mind. So as I start my journey, let me think first…….. From the previous days that
past in my life, while walking in the lonely road in TAGUM CITY my home town I came to realized to myself and
for my business plan in Technopreneurship, the mostly problems and complains of many people are more on the
SECURITY and the QUALITY of something that is worth living for. Examples are in the Hospital, PCSO Outlets, 
Drug Stores, Stores, and many, many more aspects in our life.


So as I continue my journey(November 29, 2010) as I traveled a long the way with Bus going to Davao City specifically
at Brgy. Obrero wherein the University of Southeastern Philippines is; while in the road to success I’m writing
something that is so very important to me which is my DREAMS in Financial, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual
aspects. So I came to think for a business that is worthy to our community and that is suits to our needs and something
that can make us happy and enjoy doing it.


A device that automatically and able to know the Music Notes of a certain instrument just like Guitar, Piano, Violin,
Drums and many more I named it PORTABLE MUSIC NOTE INSTRUCTOR(PMNI) Device. And most of us Love Music, some 
of us Music for them is their life. Through music they can express their feelings if they are ANGRY, HAPPY,
SAD, DOUBT, LOVE, PRAISE, WORSHIPS and many more. This device is a portable device and has a microphone
to be able to catch-up sounds and sound waves and display it in the miniscreen, miniscreen it has a small screen that
has 1 inch height and 1.5 inches width in order to the device able to display Music Notes, speakers
cause it enable also to record music so speaker is useful to create sounds so that the user may know also the exact tune
of a certain note and other settings that can help to manage the application and device, and one important thing
is the buttons of course for us to have the control and for us to manage to set things whether the device and the application that
is set for, is the same to the instrument that is played.


It is very useful for sure specially to those Music Lover and I know for sure we are all Love Music right? You may lie or
disagree.(nn) To all those people that don’t know the Music Notes of a certain music then go use it. Another special feature
of this device is, it is not just for an Instrument but also to the Music. If you played music in the mp4, iPod,
laptop or in cell phone it can detect also and able to manipulate and extract Music Notes in the Screen wherein it is very
useful to all who want to know more about the Music Notes of any music he/she may heard. The device also can manage
to record music in order to the user enjoy playing music at any time.

It is not exactly the image of the device I just copied it in a MP4, but I post this image due to the similarity of device and
partial, for at least I can give information about what is the image of a Portable Music Lover Instructor (PMLI) Device for in the 
near future, if it will implement or develop in the near future.

Technopreneurship 2 :: Exercise 1

Your reflection/learning's on Technopreneurship 1 (at least 2000 words)

At first, for me technopreneurship is just dealing with money, something that you may able to gain money in
anyways. For me technopreneurship is all like that money, money and money no more no less, and my first
impression or my expectation, is it important for me to study or to get this course? How this subject
technopreneurship could affects or improve my knowledge as an Information Technology? Those things
and illusions are the things that bind and rolling in my mind, which are all non-sense, hopeless and
not so interested. But as we go along with the discussion, learning, knowledge and many more activities,
things made different and it turns my Mind Set and expectation up side down which drive me crazy, that
made me guilty of what I have judged the subject at first.


First Day of meeting we assigned a task “Connecting the 9 (nine) Dots” for just a 4 (four) stroke, that the
pen should not be lift up or must not do such things that are called CHEAT and continue to answer task as
far as I could remember “Our Expectation of the Class and the Facilitator Randy Gamboa”, total of
100 points but sad to say I am one of those many student that are not able to achieve or to connect the
9 correctly. I’ve realized that you could not connect the dots by just simply thinking within box but we
must think beyond the box, beyond in our imagination that in relate in our life who should expect more,
and dream high, as a successful professional person someday I should not just to think to be employee
but to be a employer someday that I should build and established my own company or business.


As we go along with our discussion in the next following days, our facilitator organized and shown us the
story of Steve Jobs which is called “Pirates of the Silicon Valley” wherein it tackles about the life of Steve
Jobs from the beginning until now to his career. Well anyway who is Steve Jobs? (Born February 24, 1955)
is an American business magnate and inventor. He is well known for being the co-founder and chief executive
officer of Apple. Jobs also previously served as chief executive of Pixar Animation Studios; he became a member of
the board of The Walt Disney Company in 2006, following the acquisition of Pixar by Disney http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Jobs.
He’s full name is Steven Paul Jobs, can you imagine his life? It is so amazing that
how great his achievements are, but somehow before those things that happens to him let us tackle about
before those things. Steve Jobs made three stories of his life, no big deals. At first story is about connecting
the dots. To summarize it all about the first story, Steve jobs is an adopted child and a dropped out college
student but it doesn’t mean that it made him to realize hopeless person but Steve Jobs said: “you can’t
connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust
that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny,
life, karma, whatever.” Simply shows that Steve jobs made he’s own decision and converting his
weakness to strength that made him a strong person and what so ever happen in our life we should look forward,
do something that worth living for. Second story is about love and loss. Love, he is so very thankful that he
early found his work that he really, really Love it more than anyone could that made him insane. He love to
work with his computer and his mini business first named “APPLE” just in their garage only. Steve Jobs is a
workaholic type of person the he love to work his own projects and works. He love his works that he gave
his all best, facing all the trials, struggles and problems with no running, stand firm for the company purpose
until the APPLE got bigger and bigger and bigger that he built his own big structured company and was so
successful but somehow Steve jobs was blinded by his power, fame and money to the point that even his
co-workers in the beginning his best friends and all peoples that surrounds him that he give-up everything,
managing the company as a robot not as a family to the sense that he is forcing all the workers to work
even though it is not duty yet and out of the limitations. And at last to the point that his best friend give up to him,
and Bill Gates Harvard students graduate so bright and intelligent person also who owned the Microsoft,
making deal with him to be a partner company wherein they may able share information each other and
collecting information and improving it by his own. Then Bill Gates betrayed Steve Jobs, and he lost his
work and everything that he have. Third story is about death. Death in a practical way of thinking, we are all
have a limitation here in this world but the bad/sad thing is we don’t know when and where is our last destination
or our calling, whether today, tomorrow and in the following days that we may go. So as the day pass by
Steve Jobs realized things about life that his journey may be about to an end in the near future, and he has
also has a diseased that may lead him to a death. He come to think and for him living the life to the fullest,
like thinking this is you last day so you should do the best you could as long as you live “Stay Hungry. Stay
Foolish.”



The next topic or discussion is about the SEED, S stands for Self-Mastery, E is for Environment Mastery,
E is for Enterprise Mastery and last one D is for Development. So first we discuss about S which is
Self-Mastery means it is all about your self and how you manage yourself as an individual in our society
and specially as a Technopreneurship in the near future. Self-Mastery is also about knowing yourself more,
you Love, Best, Irritant, Like, Dislike, Weakness and Strength for you to be able to know who you really
are. Love we must know on where field we are expect something that for you as individual you may
excel, Best is about more on and some kind a similar about Love but Best about in the field you we about
to select on what part or sub works or specific field you are expect that you able to impart your knowledge all about,
Irritant – Dislike and Weakness are all similarities they are focusing and identifying on what and where
are the factors that could affects us and tendency that the enemy may used against us as a business
person someday, and the most important things is to convert our weakness into Strength, we must learn to
love our weakness for us be strong at any situation physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.
In this way or manner we may able to be build a strong foundation for us to have a success business
person someday and able to run a company well. Personal Traits, IQ, EQ, and AQ, IQ means Intelligence Quotient,
Emotional Quotient and AQ is Adversity Quotient. And we are so blinded and we thought that the most
important thing is IQ, but definitely it is wrong. The most important thing is the EQ which is the
Emotional Quotient wherein it is more dealing with, Business Strategies, Optimistic Mind Sets,
Communication and Plans but somehow IQ is also important but the thing is IQ is useless if the person or
the business man is Hopeless and not a Risks Takers.



Next is our Purpose in Life, yah to be honest and just to ponder to our self. What is the purpose of our life?
Is it just to live, survive and to die? Is it all like that? What is the meaning of all the things that we are doing?
Is it important or it is just a non-sense because if we are all die, our wealth, skills, talents and many,
many more can not be bound in heaven or in hell. Those are all useless in the end. So I come to think,
that the Purpose in our life is about to have a fellowship with GOD, worship, praise him and give glory and
honor to his name. So as long as we are here in this world we should do our best that can honor and
glory GOD. Doing thing in the very best in schools, works, family, friends, neighbor and all peoples surrounds
us. In that way GOD will rejoice to our things that we have done.


Stay hungry and be Foolish. Do not be contented of what you have now but always think and work something
that can make people’s life Change.

wOw (ee) the mOst difficult and the very, very hard question or assignment that
I've ever encountered in my life. wew Challenging that make my Neurons in my
head force to work.

Business, Business, Business and Business. It is hard and take time for me to think
what exactly business I really wanted to be in the future. Though I aim for high but
not in the point that to serious to owe business in my own, just a fun, fun thinking
business and just rolling in my head.

Business is a very big and full-size passion for us to work on it. Making some
business must have a heart of a leader and at the same time a heart of discipline
that may use in order for us to easily able to obey what is wrong and learn to humble
ourselves for benefits of others and the business not pride.

As what I’ve learn to all our previous meeting in Technopreneurship. LOVE, BEST
and IRRITANT in our lives that help to identify where is my weakness and assets
that can be used to find out and to prevent what will happen in the future. Strengthen
our weakness can be our greatest assets and ways for us to be perfect in our
achievements and dreams.

Business and Business. It is all about business, fame and money. For me walk with
integrity through GOD that’s my greatest achievements and my Way of driving through GOD.

Actually this business starts to our GROUP, one day when our facilitator
facilitates that we must have to make a group maximum 6 members. Our
Facilitator said that we must go to our group and meeting each other and let’s
try to generate business that is unique and using technology of course. Start
with a small business and make it grow as big as possible in the future. As we
continue getting to know more each other and sharing idea what we must
generate a business, some say like that, other say like this and like that, but
one thing that we’ve share and agreed to all, business that something, that can
make a customer enjoy of it and let him do the things he/she wanted to be.

This Business focus to all aspect of the customers and mostly target are the
sporty type customers that wanted to personalize their sport wear and gears.

-for any sports that you have, if you wanted to personalize your Up
wear in your sport. Then fix it, customize it, and bring it own to the highest point
of artistic mind.

What are the lessons that you learned after reading the commencement address of Steve Jobs? (at least 1000words)



As I continue my discussion about what are the lessons that I’ve learned after reading the “Commencement Address of Steve Jobs” please allow me to share the things that happen, as we read and discuss it in our group.

And as I Read the article together with my fellow group mates, we have learn a lot of things of the “Commencement Address of Steve Jobs” but in the other way we found out also in his life, the things that we don’t like it and the things that made as confirm something about him. As we Read it and meditate it individually in his story, it is divided into three stories which are: The first story is about connecting the dots; the second story is about love and loss and the Last one, the third story is about death.

The first story is about connecting the dots

The words that struck in my mind and made me strong and enlightened about the words of Steve Jobs are ->

you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.

In relate to our life now. Most of the time students and people living in this world are full of Dreams and Goals but do not look Histories that passes in their lives. Yes, we can Dream and Set Goals in our life, there are no LAWS that seal us not to Dream and Sets Goals. But the thing is because of that we are all blinded about what is the real reason or the past why we are here in this world.

Earthly desire made us blinded by the truth. Yes it is right, what STEVE JOBS said “….you can only connect them looking backwards.” I am agreeing with that, The TRUTH is because of the past we are all revolutionize. By the help of the past we will be able to know what are our weakness and strength that we may able to use it, prevent it and improve it in present and in the near future.

There are a lot of things and Bad Memories that Steve Jobs carry in his life, like In his FAMILY, SCHOOL, WORKS and many more, and as he continues his life in this world. He Carry it all for him to able to Stand with, in all circumstances and situations in his LIFE.

The most important thing that we must look backward and apply it in PRESENT is what our GOD JESUS CHRIST did to us. He died in the Cross for us to be saved and healed in all curses in our Lives. We must have the attitude of CHRIST LIKE, we will Serve and Worship GOD for us to be PERFECT. (Matt. 5:48) –“Therefore you shall be PERFECT, just as your FATHER IN HEAVEN is PERFECT”. Nobody is perfect but by GOD’s Grace and Mercy, we can be PERFECT if we are willing to be a perfect. No excuses change our MIND SET into a OPTEMISTIC.


My second story is about love and loss

In this Story it tackles about the life of STEVE JOBS in Love and Loss. Love is a strong positive emotion of regard and affection; "His love for his work" http://wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn?s=love the passion of the work, that is STEVE JOBS. His first love is his WORK; Steve Jobs is a WORKoholic type of person.

He is a type of person that is willing to give up everything just for the WORK, the determination and courage to CONQUER the WORLD. Even his Family and Friends, He denies and refute just for his Passion of the WORK. He builds and organize his own company which is the APPLE by his own passion and obsession. WORK mania. . . “wew Over(nn) acting na kAayo wOrds” but it simply shows that Steve Jobs is really Hard Working Guy in a Selfish way of living.

Loss, Loss is some kind a LOST something. In the Situation of Steve Jobs, the things that he has LOST is his own company which is the APPLE, he fired by his own company. Well can you imagine your own company that you made is the one who fired you? But Steve Jobs doesn’t think of any bad reason, he take it with no doubt. But he arose again, he stand and back for his company for a new begging in his life.

-You've got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don't settle.-

Search for the one you LOVE, but for me I already found my own LOVE, my LOVE one that I am willing to take a risk with all my HEART and SOUL, and that is MY LORD GOD JESUS CHRIST. As I encounter GOD, my blind fold is already take it away by GOD, and now I am living in the WORLD of TRUTH that GOD JESUS CHRIST is the only WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE.(John 14:6)



My third story is about death

"If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right."

Live Life to the FULLEST, don’t waste you time. Time is so Precious, we bring all things back into his own structure but time we can’t. So therefore we must be vigilant, active, take it all and give all what you have or what you’ve got in your life.

(Matthew 6:34 ) 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.


As we READ and MEDITATE all the things that happen in his life (Steve Job). We see things clear, Steve Jobs Don't even mention GOD JESUS CHRIST, but instead "Hare Krishna temple".
For me and for Us LIFE WITHOUT GOD JESUS CHRIST is "useless", "worthless", and "nothing".
